Refund Policy

At Maxey Light IT LLC, we strive to provide high-quality IT consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations. Due to the nature of our services, we have outlined the following refund policy:
1. Service-Based Refunds
Because our services are delivered through consultations, technical work, and time-based support, all completed work is non-refundable once delivered or initiated. This includes, but is not limited to, system configurations, network designs, technical assessments, and support hours.
2. Prepaid Service Packages
If you purchase a prepaid service package and request cancellation before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees (typically 5–10%).
3. Deposits
All deposits made to begin a project or secure a service are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Deposits represent your commitment to begin the work and our commitment to reserve time and resources.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, at our sole discretion, may offer:

A correction or revision of the work

A partial refund (only if no substantial work has been completed)
5. No Refunds for Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend scheduled consultations or cancel without 24-hour notice are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
